Most of plastic products used in medical and food industry are made using regular injection molding machine. However this kind of injection molding machine need lubricating oil for running parts. As a result, it is quite easy to generate oil on machine surface. In order to solve this problem, CSD develops and manufacture CSD-50S-FG, CSD-90S-FG, CSD-130S-FG, CSD-170S-FG, CSD-210S-FG,CSD-250S-FG series. These special injection molding machines are designed for medical products. It solves the problem by adopting oil free lubrication technology, direct pressure for opening and closing mold and single cylinder injection.
