At present, the volume of mot PET beverage packing bottles are below 600ml. And some medium sized beverage factories are using PET rotary automatic bottle blowing machine to produce these kinds of bottles. It resulted in excess capacity. Also PET rotary automatic bottle blowing machines have strict requirements of water, electricity, gas and venues. Furthermore the machine itself is associated with high maintenance cost. In view of this situation, CSD develops CSD-ALS16-0.6L, CSD-ALS14-0.6L, CSD-ALS12-0.6L, three kinds of servo PET bottle blowing machine. The output is 15,000-16000 bottles per hour, 13,000-14,000 bottles per hour, 11,000-12,000 bottles per hour respectively. These are full servo linear operation blowing machine, has the advantage of simple operation, convenient maintenance, good stability and cost-effective.
